City of Hamilton gives its website a new look

The City of Hamilton is excited to announce the launch of our new website. The site was designed to be a more user-friendly browsing experience for residents, businesses, and visitors to more easily access information, services, and resources.

This redesign is just one of a number of digital improvements for the City. Launching with the new website is the new 311 service request system, ‘MyHamilton (311)’ and OpenCounter, which walks residents and businesses through the permitting and zoning processes in an interactive, step-by-step way.
