Beautify Lindenwald
The grant funds were used to add additional flower plantings to the existing tree wells and permanent planters along Pleasant Ave in the Lindenwald Business District to further enhance the beauty of the neighborhood.
“Little Free Pantry”
A blessing box known as a “Little Free Pantry” was installed in the North End neighborhood, which provides non perishable foods (including cereal, canned soup/pasta, granola bars) as well as hygiene items (including shampoo, soap, toothbrushes/toothpaste and toilet paper) to local residents when they need them.
Beautification of Rossville
With a focus on C street, members of the Rossville neighborhood planted flowers and plantings on various corners in order to enhance the beauty of their neighborhood, with hopes to bring economic development to the street.
