Before lot transformation it is important to the impact they will have on the environment specifically bees and other pollinators. They are an essential aspect to the ecosystem, without which there would be no fruits vegetables or flowers. All of the lot options we present are environmentally friendly and aid these pollinators in making our city bloom

Clover

Clover lot is when the grass is removed and it is replaced with covers. They have two major benefit. First is that after planting they require very little maintenance because clovers are very resilient, do not require much water, and they are not likely to be taken over by weeds. the second is that they are great for the environment and pollinators.

Pollinators Gardens

Pollinator gardens are framed gardens filled with native perennial blooms. the gardens are easy to plant and set up only requiring about an afternoons work. The perennial blooms are easy to take care of but do require some maintenance. However, the results will be a beautiful garden in your neighborhood that is also good for the environment.

Community Garden

Community gardens bring vegetables to the community. The garden will need to be panned, planted and maintained by you. it is recommended that some people in the community who are experienced to in gardening take the lead on the project. This option requires a great deal of work and time but the benefits are a joy to everyone in the neighborhood.
